Clark D. Opdahl

Chief Operating Officer

Clark Opdahl is serving as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Clark has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota. After college, he worked as Vice President and Account Executive for a family owned graphic arts and advertising business, D. A. Opdahl & Associates, Inc. Clark attended and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude. Following receipt of his J.D., Clark has been employed by the law firm of Henson & Efron, P.A. and practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and related business and shareholder issues, and Clark chairs the firm's corporate practice. Clark is serving as the Company's COO and general counsel. Clark has won the prestigious "ugly plaid jacket" for having the low score in the croquet golf tournament held in his neighborhood and enjoys correcting other people's grammar and spelling.
